The pros:
- An intuitive device that is easy to operate.
- Very comfortable to wear.
- The data display seem to be in accordance to my activity – for example, if I went for a run, I was more active, and the statistics shown in the bracelet and the app were logical (steps, distance, heart-rate, blood-pressure). The same goes
with the sleeping monitoring. - The app that operates with it (“H-Band” or “H-Band 2.0”) looks good and is easy to navigate.
The cons:
- The bracelet’s display is in Chinese only, and I didn’t manage to switch it to English (or any other language).
- The “H-Band” app crashed sometimes, which was very annoying.
- I am still not sure how accurate this bracelet is, since I wore several different devices at the same time, and each of them showed different statistics, so there is certainly a deviation In the calculations.
- The “H-Band” app requires your permission to be able to work with your smartphone (for example – if you want it to display phone calls or messages). The smartphone recommends you not to give such permissions, so I am always suspicious about this kind of apps.
