The pros:
Modern design – The chair itself is simple but combined with the rounded armrests and the black & white coloring, it gives the impression of a gaming chair.
In my opinion the overall appearance is modern and dignified for an office.
Surprisingly convenient – I ordered this chair online and didn’t have a chance to try it before the purchase. As you probably know, different people have different standards to define what is comfortable. Some are more sensitive than others, and each of us has different measurements right!?
So there was a reasonable chance I won’t feel comfortable with this chair, but I’m glad to say that it was worth the risk – From the moment I sat on it, I felt comfortable.
Although the chair is relatively low for someone who is 6″1, my posture is straight and it supports my body in the right places – seat, lower back & head.
There’s no memory foam cushioning here, but it feels comfortable to sit on this chair, even for long hours.
Padded armrests – Occasionally, I tend to place my hands on the armrests, so I’m aware that not every office chair has padded armrests.
Although the padding could be thicker, this is a relatively cheap chair, so it is good to know the manufacturer didn’t save money here.
Flip-up armrests – If needed, you can raise the armrests and they won’t bother you at all.
Tilt mechanism – This is something I didn’t demonstrate in my video, but the arm that controls the height adjustment mechanism also controls the tilt function as well.
When the height mechanism is pressed inside, the chair won’t tilt, and when it is pulled outside the chair will tilt if you lean back.
Keep in mind you can’t lock the chair in a different angle.
Easy to assemble – as you saw in my video, it was very easy to assemble this chair. Some people might pay extra for someone else to assemble the chair, but if you will follow my video you should be able to do that by yourself in approx. 15-30 minutes.
The cons:
Simple materials – The base & wheels are made from plastic. The seat is filled with dense foam and covered with PU leather.
Limited height – The maximum height of the seat from the floor is 56 mm, which is why this chair will be less popular among tall people
I’m 6″1 and although I currently settle for this height, if you are 6″0 and above, you might prefer a taller office chair.
Fixed position – It doesn’t offer back reclining. Because this chair reminds of a gaming chair, which usually offers back reclining, some people might be tempted to think it does.
Wheels can’t be locked – The wheels are doing a good job although they are made from simple plastic, but I noticed that sometimes when I sit, the chair rolls a little bit back.
This is not something that usually happens with more expensive chairs that offers wheels from better quality and/or can even lock their wheels.
Fixed head support – As I mentioned above, the overall head support is good, but an adjustable head support could have been even better.
