Summary:
Affordable & durable smartphone mount for bicycle, with a good grip. It can fit other vehicles (motorbike, scooter, etc.), not suitable for all smartphones though.

The pros:
Durability – Unlike plastic mounts that are prone to break during the ride,
this one is made from a metal alloy that is much more durable.
Please note there are similar mounts to this one, that are made from plastic or other fragile materials.
Tight grip – Compared to many smartphone mounts, if you place your smartphone correctly, it’s going to stay in its place.
Universal compatibility – It fits smartphones that are up to 100 mm wide, which is relatively better compared to other mounts I’ve been using so far.
Colors variety – You can find the mount in various colors that look good.
You can install it in at least two different ways – You can attach the mount/holder to the handlebar or the bicycle’s stem.
The cons:
Can damage smartphones with no protective case – This mount has a very tight grip. Thus, if it is locked too much or absorbs an unexpected bump during a ride, this can cause damage to the smartphone’s edges.
To avoid that, make sure that your smartphone has a protective case. It applies to every smartphone, but it is even more critical if your smartphone has a curved edge (like the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 that I’m using in my video review to demonstrate the smartphone mount/holder).
Not suitable for smartphones with certain protective cases – Following the previous paragraph, it isn’t ideal for some smartphone cases & protective covers, such as a Folio protective case.
The installation didn’t go smoothly – It can be a bit difficult to install the smartphone mount on your bike. Also, it appears there was a missing part from my package (rubber band to fit the handlebar’s diameter).
Thus, I advise making sure you have suitable tools to assemble it.
