It’s made from comfortable polyester.

The cons:

The top (or hoodie) should be placed to the sky, otherwise it limits the view, but this prevents from seeing Olaf’s face and the costume loses some of it’s magic.
It can get hot if you wear this costume and start going crazy.
I am quite sure this is not an official Disney merchandise…
