Summary:

The brand: Doopro
The model: P4

The pros:

Price – a smartphone that offers Android 7 for $40 (as of the time this video review was posted) is an attractive price.
Cameras (video & stills) – I think the cameras work OK and generate a decent output for a low-budget smartphone.
Display – In my opinion the display looks decent, whether it’s for photos/videos/reading stuff.
Speed – This is not a super-fast smartphone, but its response time with the basic apps and features is decent compared to previous low-budget smartphones I’ve tested in the past.
Available languages supported on this smartphone – it seems this smartphone supports all the languages I could ask for, including languages that aren’t supported in other smartphones.
The Doopro P4 offers a built-in radio, which is missing from some smartphones these days.
Overall feeling – though it has a boring design, it feels decent when I hold this smartphone.

The cons:

Internal speaker – the speaker is horrible when I play audio, as can be seen in the video. Its not a deal breaker because once again we’re talking here about a cheap smartphone, but still, it sounds horrible.
When I put people on speaker and talk to them they complain they can’t hear me properly – I guess it’s related to the built-In microphone in one way or another.
The smartphone resets from time to time with no reason – I don’t know what’s the reason for that and I contacted the manufacturer to get an answer about that.
The internet connection doesn’t work for me unless I’m using WiFi – not sure if its related to the service provider I’m using, that might using 4G, which isn’t supported by this smartphone, but once again – I contacted the manufacturer to clarify this issue.
