The pros:

Built quality – The overall built quality seems solid.

Design – I find this milk frother’s design modern and dignified.

Milk froth quality – The temperature & texture are as good as any other milk frother I reviewed so far.

Cleaning the milk frother is relatively easy – The detachable container and the lid are washable (but the base isn’t).

Price – The price range belongs to the “affordable range” of milk frothers.

The cons:

Safety issue #1 – When you remove the container from the base don’t touch the base, because the metal plate is very hot.

Because the mixing head is attached using an arm to the lid, when removing the lid, you need to pull it up and not to the side so the mixing head might be bent or scratch the inside coating.

Safety issue #2 – So far, every time I used it, I noticed steams coming out of it and slight burnt plastic smell. This probably happens because the plates are getting hot when the device operates. But this isn’t a good sign and personally, I’m afraid to operate it without standing next to it.
