Pros
Serves its main purpose to travel with your bird – This bird travel cage is a suitable solution for short-term traveling or emergencies to the vet. The bird-proof door lock prevents your bird from escaping while the comfortable design helps your pet feel at home.
Easy to assemble
Dimensions make it a versatile cage – This carry cage is suitable for small to medium-sized birds and parrots including a parakeet, parrotlet, lovebird, caique, cockatiel, conure, and budgie. Please note the size is a relative aspect, but in my case, as the proud owner of a Quaker Parrot, it serves as a secondary cage. For instance, when I am cleaning the main cage, and for a space to place more toys for my beloved winged friend.
Overall frame quality – The cage’s main material is a decent metal alloy frame. It is supposed to be rust-resistant, and sturdy. Also, it is relatively light compared to similar travel cages.
The top perch play top also works as the cage handle.

Cons
The size of the lock isn’t big and/or long enough, so during traveling the drawer might slip out of the cage. If that happens, the bird will be able to get outside of the cage. One of the ways to cope with it is by carrying the cage with the opening of the drawer facing up or towards me.
The locking fixture used to hold the drawer in place was not designed properly. As a result, the drawer tends to move and can even fall out. I followed the instructions provided carefully but still faced this issue. I also tried to explore other ways of assembling it, but all my attempts were unsuccessful. Despite this, I am hopeful that there might be a solution to this problem.
Doesn’t fit easily to certain vehicles – If you own a small car or a 3-door car, then it might be a difficult task to insert the cage and take it out. I traveled with other cages that are larger compared to this one, and I did manage to easily place it in my car’s front seat.
