Compact design.
Cons
The brewer unit (located inside the service door) is prone to damage. After a year of use, I encountered issues where the machine would stop the brewing process after grinding, preventing coffee from dispensing. The distributor diagnosed the problem as a faulty brewer unit, which was replaced under warranty at no cost.
Descaling Process Interruptions – The descaling process is time-consuming and requires filling the water tank. If the tank is not filled properly, the descaling process may stop prematurely.
